Favourite Drugstore Eyeshadows

Hi ladies! Yes we all know I love my high end beauty bits but just occasionally I find some amazing things in Boots so it's definitely time to share those with you.

First up Rimmel Spicy Bronze.
This is such a gorgeous bronze that I've been wearing everyday in the crease of my eye. It's warm, shimmery and perfect for day or night wear. I absolutely love this, it's smooth, easy to blend and very pigmented.

Secondly Loreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Sahara Treasure. This has some serious sparkle in it! I find it's best to apply this on my lid with my finger to kind of work it into my eyelid a little. It is a powder and does have a slight fall out while applying. It also has a pretty metallic finish. This isn't my everyday colour but I love it for days when I'm feeling slightly more adventurous.

Last but not least my lazy girl saviour. The new Bourjois Creme to Powder 24H shadow. I can't find the colour on the pot but it's the gold one (there's only one gold). When I'm running late and need a quick look I sweep this on my lids with my finger, then Rimmel spicy bronze in the crease and just blend it out with my Real Techniques fluffy eye brush.

Swatched lightly.

Top to Bottom.
Loreal Infallible Eyeshadow - Saraha Treasure.

Rimmel - Spicy Bronze

Bourjois - 24 Hour Colour Edition Cream to Powder shadow in Gold.

Hope you are all well x

Bobbi Brown Smokey Warm Eye Palette Swatches

Hi ladies, as promised I said I would show you swatches of my new palette. I absolutely love it and it's perfect for the Christmas season! Lots of golds, browns and sparkles. I'll be using this for Christmas parties as mine are straight after work so I don't want to be carrying too much stuff around.

I think this is a Christmas product so seriously don't hang about just buy it. £37.50 at counters. Hope your all well x

Urban Decay Double Ended Duo Liners

Hi my lovelies. I need to show you something I've bought a few weeks ago and just love.

Urban Decay 24/7 Double Ended Duo Liners. They were about £20 I think so not bad for 4 beautiful colours.
They are all wearable on a daily basis and I usually just line my lower lash line with them. They are super soft, creamy, pigmented and absolutely long lasting. Not 24 hours....but around 8-9 on me if say.

From the top downwards Navy, Khaki/Gold, Bronze and Black.

There is also a sharpener included. I think these are great value so if you see them in stores or online (I got mine from HQ Hair) definitely snap them up.
Alternatively....a christmas wish list item?! x

Festive Beauty Buys

Hi ladies! So I went shopping:) Yes Christmas is the time for giving...and i have completed my shopping (super organised I know) so it was time to treat myself. I literally can't resist christmas collections. I always like them best.

On to the goodies :)

A closer look. I totally caved and bought the Bobbi Brown Smokey Warm Eye Palette.

I know what your thinking...how many nude eye palettes does one girl need and apparently the answer is ALOT. I loved this at first swatch and basically thought it would be amazing for travelling too. I will this week swatch everything and show you each colour more in depth so you can snap it up quickly.

Chanel Blusher 'Accent'. It is a warm mauvey pinky colour I'd say. Not quite like anything I've seen.

A pretty plum colour perfect for my Christmas nails.

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend!

A few festive photos.

Hi ladies, this is not really a beauty related post but just a few festive things I've either taken pictures of or come across so I wanted to share them with you.

I'm totally getting into the christmas mood both beauty wise and food. I'm super excited that some of my favourite YouTubers are taking part in Vlogmas. I watch them while getting ready in the mornings so it's bound to get me feeling even more Christmassy!!

Hope your all having a lovely week so far! xx

Travalo

Hi my lovelies, I wanted to share a new discovery with you. It isn't a new product it's been around absolutely ages, I've just never bothered with it before. Anyway on to what I'm actually talking about...the Travalo.

A tiny bullet style atomiser available in a range of colours.

I'm fed up of carrying around huge bottles as they weigh my bag down.

This is how you full it up. Basically take off the top spray part of the perfume bottle, press the bottom of the atomiser on it and watch it fill up.

And finally you are left with a full atomiser of your favourite perfume.

Why I haven't used this before I don't know but it has made my handbag a whole lot lighter. x

What's in my bag?

I love this tag both on Youtube and on blog posts so though it would be nice to finally do it myself.

Ok my bag is a Prada Saffiano Lux Tote in Black - Size Medium.

Whats Inside?

Starting Top Left - Clockwise

Mulberry purse - Tan
Chanel Aviatorys
Cath Kidston Diary 2013
YSL Cinema Fragrance

Rayban prescription glasses.
Juice Cube (To charge my Iphone 5 on the go).
Crystalised Pen.
Kindle.

Now the beauty bits.

So i carry around a slightly excessive amount of lip products. I dont carry base make up around as i like to spend about 45 minutes in the morning applying it then set it with a spray and i find it lasts me a whole day without many touchups.
So lets list these badboys.
* Dr Lipp Nipple Balm for Lips.
* Hair Ties.
* Mirror.
* Rimmel Lipstick - Kate Moss 03.
* Rimmel Lipstick - AiryFairy.
* Urban Decay 24/7 Liner (Perversion).
* Maybelline Fit Me Concealer - 20.
* Nars Larger Than Life Lipgloss in Piree and Coeur Sucre.
* Clarins Lip Perfector.

Hope you enjoyed the sneak peak into my bag.

Mini drugstore haul

Hi my lovelies, I went into Boots for oval face pads and of course no beauty blogger enters Boots and comes out with just what they went in for.

I took advantage of the current 3 for 2 offer on across all make up brands.

I picked up this Rimmel eyeshadow in Spicy Bronze. It's such a beautiful warm shimmery brown which is great for crease work.

One of Bourjois new cream to powder shadows. This is a gorgeous gold colour, perfect for lazy girl days just sweep it over the lid.

A pretty nude, one of the Kate Moss lipsticks for Rimmel. Colour 03. This is fuss free and would look beautiful with a smoky eye.

Hope your all well and if there's anything you would like me to write about let me know x

Mini High End Haul

Hi my lovelies! I went shopping last weekend for a few gorgeous high end beauty bits and this weekend some drugstore so ill seperate them.

Firstly a trip to Space NK was on the agenda. I had a good look round and there wasn't much I wanted which is a shock as usually I love pretty much everything in there. I had a look at the new Nars Collection, they have a new blush palette (One Night Stand) for £45 which is amazing however I didn't buy it as I have the colours from the palette I liked already including back ups!! If you don't own any palettes then this is an absolute steal as individually the blushes are around £21.
Anyway on to what I bought. I'm really trying to look after my hair these days so it was time for a new hair oil.

A friend recommended Oribe Gold Lust Oil and I eventually cracked paying £45 for it. This has got to be the most expensive oil I've tried...and I've had the usuals Kerastaste Ultime Elixir, Moroccon, Macademia...the list is endless so expect a very honest review soon.
The claims it makes..

While there I picked up a new eye shadow from Chantecaille in 'Flax'.

This has to be the prettiest smoothest shadow ever but for the price id expect no less. I have to mention that the picture does it no justice. The shadow itself costs £19.50 and comes as a refill, you then pay £9.50 for this pebble style metal case. That's pretty ridiculous as it's almost £30 for one colour...honestly if this hadn't been the perfect antique gold I've been looking for then there's no way I'd have paid this price.

I also picked up a new perfume (well a repurchase from years ago), YSL Cinema. I totally forgot how much I loved this smell till I caught up with a best friend at the weekend and it totally reminds me of us both at work wearing it! I love how perfume can have so many memories attached to it.

Lastly just as I was heading out my eye caught Benefit Rockateur again.

I swatched it a while ago and wasn't sure but maybe this time as it's got colder I've found it more appealing as it's a dusky plummy pink which I think is just perfect for Autumn.
Expect to be hearing about these products shortly as so far I've been loving them x
