Christmas Eve Eve

I'm a huge Christmas person, I love everything about the festive season. Buying and wrapping presents, writing cards, watching all the fun films on tv and most importantly the time I get to spend with family.

Here's a few of my favourite Christmas pictures...

Hope you all have a truly amazing Christmas x

Clarins Lip Perfector Review

Anybody who's anybody raves about this gloss so I thought I'm jump on the bandwagon and give it a go. Now for £16 so it's not cheap but it is beautiful. This has a pink colour but blended not a huge colour payoff.

It smells amazing!!!
All in all it gives you a glossy finish and looks like your own lips but somehow better. It fills in any lines and creases leaving you with a soft full pout and no stickiness. I'd definitely recommend this so if you have a spare £16....go get it:) x

Christmas nails

The time has come where the more sparkles on just about anything the better! Where better to start than my nails:)

This is a different technique used by many nail salons. The glitter particles are already in the gel and they are set under a UV lamp. What I absolutely love about this is how shiny it is! Lots of glittery polishes seem to go dull but that's never a problem with these. Hope everyone is all set for the festive season!

Dr Lewinns

Winter for me means lots of cosy nights in and extra pampering time. Also I have very dry skin so when I saw this Dr Lewinns Smooth & Glow gift set I knew I had found my skin saviour.

For £28 out come 2 huge bottles that I think will last me a long time.

A facial polishing gel that ill be using a few times a week and an instant radiance booster. The booster is the equivalent of 8 glasses of water. That sounds amazing right now as central heating is definitely making my skin flakey. Ill be using this for a few weeks and review soon. x

Holiday Haul

A few days off work leads to shopping:) At the moment I can't resist, everything is so shiny and sparkley!
I found Paul & Joe stocked in a cute little store in Leicester called MayaRose. Find it on Loseby lane. I obviously had to buy this primer! Look how gorgeous the bottle is. I've seen this primer a bazillion times in magazines so time to put it to the test. Also a prizes for guessing what colour:)

Well hello there Chanel.

Dior blush in vintage rose...super soft.

Hope is what i have:) my skin is dry and needs some serious moisture.

Few extra bits, foundation repurchase and freebies thrown in.

All products to be reviewed soon x

Urban Decay Naked Basics

Presenting the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette.

Excited?!...erm not really. The success of the first palette was mahoosive and no beauty buff could live without it. The second...we all jumped on the had a few cooler shades but essentially very similar.

This one...smaller with matte shades and hey presto we have the 'next big thing'?!...not in my opinion but I'm sure it will have record sales. On the plus side its small enough to be handbag friendly or good for mini breaks when packing light.
What's everyone else's opinion?

Chanel Illusion D'Ombre - Apparence

No trip to Paris would be complete without a little Chanel right!

I love the Illusion D'Ombre eyeshadows they are so pretty and easy to work with.
Not a cream, not a mousse just something soft and in between:)
I opted for this dark-ish gold. I wanted something for daily wear that I could just sweep on my lids in a flash.

End result, just a nice pretty daytime look.

Bought for 29 euros. This is part of their holiday collection for 2012. I've not yet seen it in the UK but I'm sure it's on it's way:)
