Instant Eye Rescue Cream

Beauty related yes....but not a usual purchase for me. I'm only 27 but I can see tiny fine lines creeping in around my eyes and I can't stand them! Probably as concealer loves to settle into them...nothing irritates me more. So drastic action needed:) I saw this new cream in Boots by eysilix. It is making some pretty huge promises...the before and after lady was 70! So I'm thinking my little lines should be easy peasy. Ill be using this every single night for at least 2 weeks before reporting back.

Nail crazy?!

Ok so just lately I've been buying a fair few nail colours!
Below w7. These cost £1.49 from a bargain shop and look suspiciously like OPI. The quality is fab too.

Glitter crazy! Perfect for Christmas. The gold is just beautiful. All from Avon.

Also another Avon beauty in 'Tweed' the perfect Autumn colour.

Laura Mercier Primer Review

It's been a while since my last primer review and that's probably because I haven't been switching from one to the next as quickly these days. I purchased the Laura Mercier radiance primer a few months ago and have been using it daily. At first I'm not going to lie I wasn't all that impressed. It's a lot more watery than any other primer and I was unsure if it was any more than a shimmer cream.

I've been using it everyday and I'm 3/4 of the way through the bottle now. I love it! Yes while it is thin it does provide a good "day face base" for make up. It gives a pretty healthy glow to the skin.

I think however if your going to consider using this then it's best for normal to dry skin and preferably blemish free. Some primers such as No7 Airbrush Away seem to help cover blemishes slightly but this Laura Mercier one doesn't. I purchased mine from Space N.K and while I will repurchase if your thinking about it id try it in store first.

Autumn nails

It's that time of year again ladies...time for nails to get painted in autumnal shades. I loveeeee this season, it's still sunny yet there's a slight chill in the air and it feels like the perfect excuse to wrap up warm when going out and being cosy in a blanket at home. I have to say X factor starting and take me out means major pamper sessions for me now on a Saturday night.
Ok so a picture of a few of my 'go to' colours this year.

My main thing is to be careful to go autumnal and not Christmassy! I like to keep those reds and glitter at bay till December. Here I've got 2 very dark plum almost black colours one by OPI and the other an Avon shade. Also the Barry M shade in 'Dusky Mauve' which is the dupe for Chanel 'Paradoxal'. Lastly a pinky nudey Nails Inc varnish.
What are your favourite autumn shades?

Can a girl ever own enough palettes?

Another weekend another palette! I'm loving them at the moment...I feel like you get more product for your money. Biba is a brand I've heard of but never tried so thought it was about time. This was a little bargain too...which swayed me if course. £34 reduced to £17.
Inside

6 shadows, a blusher and highlighter.
At first glance I love the shades all very wearable and smooth to swatch. Ill be keeping this in my handbag as its super handy for mid day touch ups or day to night transformations:)
Reviews to follow.
